- Blue Delphinium: Delphinium sp.
- Speaking out, speaking one’s truth with honesty and integrity; for clear strong unambiguous expression; expression of spiritual truth; for staying calm and centered whilst speaking.
- Indications: fear of speaking out and speaking one’s truth; for releasing long held fears relating to speaking out; throat restrictions and inhibitions, speech difficulties
- Blue Salvia: Salvia guarantica "Blue Enigma"
- Revealing what is hidden; discernment with love; revealing the truth behind the mask or smokescreen; being able to see clearly through confusion; seeing through illusion. For any situation in which one wishes to understand what is really going on, particularly if one senses that all is not as it appears. Helps us to see with love, whatever lies behind our own personal confusion about ourselves, as well as to see clearly what is really going on with another person or situation. When something is an enigma and puzzling "when we are getting mixed messages and need to see what is real" also for Indigo children, who need to understand themselves, and who need to recognize and value their own clear sight and vision, even when this vision is not recognised by those around them

- "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder". Beauty in the Eye dissolves the scales from our heart and eyes, enabling us to see the true beauty of things with discernment and without prejudice or pre-conceived judgement. It encourages us to look past external appearances to the beauty that lies within - particularly with people, situations or things that we may have perceived as mundane, over familiar, unglamorous, boring, perhaps even ugly, distasteful, repulsive, or in some way not good enough for us.

- Self forgiveness; unconditional self love; for letting go the judgement we hold against ourselves; to hold ourselves in the light of unconditional love, and recognise that we are wholly worthy of love every moment of our lives regardless of what acts we have committed; for a fresh start
- Indications: Guilt, self judgement; for whenever we hide or diminish our light; for when we have been judged by others to have committed an act which is unforgivable.

- For feeling physically alive and vital - deeply connected to life-force "chi" energy of this world; enjoying being physical and physically active; feling uplifted and renewed by being out in the natural world, the elements and the changing weather and seasons
- Indications: low energy and vitality, lack of confidence in ones physicality and robustness; reluctance to take physical exercise; disconnection from the natural world and the elements; feeling uncomfortable with changing weather, seasons and temperatures.
- "Heart Flow": Amaryllis belladonna (crimson)
- Heart Flow shows us that when we defend our hearts as a reaction against possible judgement, rejection or fear, we do not experience safety. We are always watching our backs, afraid of encountering experiences which will trigger painful memories locked in our hearts. Heart Flow encourages us to open our hearts to love, and to embrace and let go the memory of old pain, suffering and defence. Our suffering lies in our clinging to an individual identity. Freedom from suffering arises when we become simply the movement of consciousness, embracing and responding to life moment by moment - inhaling and exhaling - embracing and letting go.

- Honesty without judgement; for allowing ourselves to experience the full depth and range of our feelings with love and without judgement; for giving ourselves the unconditional love, compassion and recognition we would seek from others; for showing our true face and recognising that the greatest gift we can give to ourselves and others is the unadorned expression of our human-ness.

- Embracing with love, our masculine, yang energy and a more pro-active, assertive way of relating; celebration and appreciation of male physicality and sexuality; inspires men to use their sexuality with love, and respect for themselves and others; stillness, connection, balancing, fundamental worth and inner wisdom
