- Astilbe: Astilbe sp.
- Astilbe is the essence of the peaceful warrior. It brings on courage, discipline, and strength in all one does.
- Baby's Breath:Gysophila sp.
- Baby's Breath helps rejuvenate the spirit and life force withing the body. It can help with separation issues.
- Bachelor's Button: Centaurea cyanus
- Bachelor's button increases creativity within the body and increases self-love. It allows one form clear intentions in life.
- Daylily: Hemerocallis fulva
- Daylily is the essence for self worth. It helps one trust our inner knowledge and improves self-esteem.
- Evening Primrose: Oenothera biennis
- Evening Primrose is used to heal emotional pain absorbed from the mother at an early childhood. It opens the ability to form deep, long-lasting relationships by dealing with issues like rejection, fear of relationships and parenthood and difficulties dealing with sexual and emotional feelings.
- Foxglove: Digitalis purpurea
- Foxglove is used to increase confidence and self-esteem and works well during hot flashes, dizziness and headaches. It also stimulates the heart chakra and rejuvenates life energy force.
- Goldenrod: Solidago sp.
- Goldenrod is a grounding essence which helps deal with physical trauma and depression from life's hurdles. It works physically and spiritually, giving strength, courage and determination. It is often used by those who desire negative energy from people around them, create too many boundaries in relationships or by those who rely too heavily on the opinions of others (they may anticipate the responses of other people when making decisions for their own life.) - Nigella purifies the surrounding energy field and is often used as an aura cleanse before prayer.
